Check-in: From 14:00 hours Check-out: 08:00 – 12:00 hours Cancellation policy: We regret that due to the small size of our hotel we must enforce our cancellation policy:

• Up to 10 days                Full refund
• Less than 10 days          30% of charge
• No-show                      100% of charge

Children and extra beds:

• Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib.
• Free! One child from 2 to 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
• One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 10 per stay when using existing beds.
• One older child or adult is charged EUR 17 per person per night when using existing beds.
• The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.
• Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
• Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets: Free! Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. Cards accepted at this property: Villa Kerasia accepts Visacards and Mastercards  and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.
